With a background in brand and digital transformation, Tom has spent most of his career working in the retail industry via his own brands and companies and then most recently by successfully leading the Customer Transformation at UK multi-channel retailer Footasylum using AI and data to connect the growing channels of the business. He’s now Retail Director at Series C, Decision Intelligence company, Peak AI.
