Head of IT Strategy and Architecture Wilko

Jon Beasley is the Head of IT Strategy and Architecture for Wilko. Jon heads up a team of enterprise, solution and technical architects, leading a large digital transformation for the £1.6bn company. Wilko is undergoing significant transformation, replacing everything from WAN, desktop, ERP, CRM, Finance systems, eCommerce platform, ePOS, payment services, hosting environments, warehouse management, data lake and reporting.

Jon is from an infrastructure background but more recently spends a large portion of his time working with the business on strategy and operating model. Prior to Wilko, Jon worked for Capita across multiple accounts and has spent time in the railway industry, legal sector and with companies serving the public sector.
