Ed is the CEO and founder at HelloDone, a post purchase conversational AI platform, which enables online retailers to have automated 2 way conversations with their customers via social messaging channels like Messenger, Instagram & WhatsApp where more than 80% of queries are answered without the need to hand over to agents. In his career Ed has been responsible for creating and building the first generation of grocery and loyalty apps for Tesco in the UK before moving to build the agile teams and mobile banking apps for Royal Bank of Scotland and Vanquis Bank. He set up the European side of InAuth Inc which specialised in cybersecurity, specifically device identification which sold to AMEX and was the CEO at Lola Tech a deep tech delivery company before setting up HelloDone.
