Anna Marston

Anna Marston has worked at Reckitt since 2020 and before that worked for several large FMCG companies including Novartis, Otsuka, and Alliance Healthcare. Working predominately on large transformational projects, she led Master Data teams on ERP implementations where strong data governance was critical. Anna has a deep understanding of the importance of having good quality and compliant data to drive operational efficiencies, deliver value and to protect the organisation from reputational damage or loss of sales through noncompliance. In her latest role at Reckitt, Anna is the Global Senior Data Steward and responsible for implementing a robust data governance frame- work throughout the entire customer domain. Working with a community of 100 plus data stewards across 60 countries and with key stakeholders, she has put in place policies and standards that the business must follow. By measuring & tracking compliance to policies, Anna and her team have been able to demonstrate increased compliance at Reckitt resulting in improved data quality and standardisation.
